Hi,

I have IDM 4.9 installed on SLES servers.

The idmdash is responding slowly during authentication process. I enter userid & password on the login page and click submit.

After that it take approx: 1 minutes to show the landing page (dashboard).

I have checked the logs (catalina.out) and it shows below.

2024-09-27T13:02:09Z, TRACE, http.PwmRequest, {211} GET request for: /sspr/public/Logout requestID=375 [ip.ad.dr.es]

After a minute then it runs over and shows the landing page.

Is there any configuration that is missing or need to change?

Please help.
