Knowledge Doc: IDM Active Directory Driver hangs every day

Summary
After upgrading from IDM 4.5 to IDM 4.8 the Active Directory driver would stop processing events. Restarting eDirectory would kick it off again. This was happening almost daily.

Environment
IDM 4.8.5
Active Directory Driver 4.1.3.0
SLES12SP5

Situation
After upgrading from IDM 4.5 to IDM 4.8 the Active Directory driver would stop processing events.
The driver could not be stopped from iManager, there would be no response.
Restarting the remote loader did not help.
Restarting eDirectory temporarily fixed the problem but it would return in a day or so.
All other drivers were working fine, including other Active Directory drivers but those AD drivers were much less busy.
Moving the driver to another IDM server did not change the symptom.
