SAML2 - Automatic and/or scheduled metadata/certificate refresh

I have been finding that some service proviiders (especially in the security space) are regularally updating their metadata and/or certificates which is causing problems with NAM (especially the certificates). There are mechanisms now which will allow for the automatic and/or periodic update of metadata from the SP, and it would be a worthwhile enchancement to include the option to automatically/periodically refresh the repo metadata in the NAM SAML2 SP configuration.
