By default when Exchange Migrator (EM) migrates DLs to a Native mode Active Directory domain, it will create DLs as Universal Security Groups. This SQL script will cause EM to create these DLs as Global Security Groups rather than Universal Security Groups. To use this SQL query, make sure that Exchange Migrator is closed. Then replace the value xxxx with the name of the project in which you will be migrating DLs and run this query against the Exchange Migrator SQL database (EMA) using SQL Query Analyzer or SQL Enterprise Manager. Once this query has been run, all subsequent migrations IN THAT PROJECT ONLY will create DLs as Global Security Groups.
