Situation
Access Manager Admin Console catalina.out is filling up with the error:
KeyStore_IM.........141 Unable to create the iManager KeyStore.: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=109, too big

Cause
Since iManager 3.1.3 the keystore type changed from JKS to PKCS12
The "/var/opt/novell/iManager/nps/WEB-INF/iMKS" was still a JKS file and has not been updated until now
running: "file /var/opt/novell/iManager/nps/WEB-INF/iMKS" returns: : Java JCE KeyStore

Resolution
create a backup copy or rename the existing: "/var/opt/novell/iManager/nps/WEB-INF/iMKS" keystore file
restart the Admin Console Server
