On of the customers faced with following case:
1. They have TOTP method as shared authenticator.
2. Token has beed lost.
3. User have to remove token and enroll it again. As result TOTP has beed also removed from shared athenticators. This is correct behaviour.
But the idea is to add re-enroll button to assign a new token and keep re-enrolled token as shared authenticator.
