Secure Login cannot pass password to login an application

I just tested NetIQ SecureLogin 8.8.1 to perform automatic login of application. Many applications can login automatically. I found that for some applications, NetIQ SecureLogin can create application definition but when the application open again, SecureLogin cannot fill in the stored password to login. Can anyone face the same problem and how to solve it ? Thanks.
