Card enrollment from kiosk mode

When in Kiosk mode, using a new card, you go to the enrollment page of Advanced Authentication.
Enrolling this new card might trigger the DAS card event.

For other methods the enrollment page could be fine.

For card, it might be more user friendly to ask credentials after the new card is used and to do the enrollment via the AA API directly. And then directly logon with this user.
