The normal Change password interface for end users is very polished, however there are weaknesses in the change password function within the Helpdesk module.
1. The password complexity rules that applies to the selected user are not listed before manually entering a password. It only says what is missing in the end. Making it hard to get to an accepted password.

2. If the password is sent via email, sms or not at all, there is no info on what has been done in what channel. Completely silence.
3. The selection list dialog from random generated password is weird. It is not intuitive that the cursor can be used to select a password from the list.
