Seperate password policy for random password generation in Helpdesk module

Right now, the random password generated by the module adheres to the defined password policy that constrains the user,
however this often causes very long and convoluted passwords, with the password policy being up to 20 characters and allowing special characters.
As of right now, there's no way to define a different password policy for the Helpdesk module specifically or for random password generation. It would be very significant for us to have this feature.
