The current permission reports allow you to view either all the permissions for a given folder structure or all the permissions a user has across all the scanned systems.

The pre-built reports should allow you to filter based on user for the permissions of a given folder structure. This report should show (as currently) all the ways in which this user gets permissions.

I am aware that this can currently be done by filtering things from an unformatted report or by building a custom query, but these methods are not always straightforward, especially if being run by non-technically proficient users.
