In IG email notifications are not sending remaining time for reviews

Hello Community,

We are implementing user access certification and using the default email templates.

The problem we have is that the templates with names: Review end notice and Reviewer task reminder, are not sending the remaining time where the taskTimeoutDays token is placed.

Instead, we receive in the email a question mark where the number of days should be. It does not happens all the time, but is very frequent. Please see image below with an example of the problem.

We are still testing to identify in which cases this happens, but we wanted to validate if someone has faced this issue and how can it be solved?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Kind regards,

    Greetings,
What is the exact version of Identity Governance that you are using? This behavior seems familiar.

    Greetings,
In your notifications, what Triggers are you using:

    - after review starts
    - before review expires
    - before review ends
    - after reviewer receives items to review
    - when reviewer receives reassigned items to review
    - before reviewer task is due

    Hi,

Our notifications have the following configuration:

    • Review End Notice to be sent 1 day "before review expires"
    • Reviewer Task Reminder to be sent 1 week "before reviewer task is due"

    Greetings,
There was an issue with the "before review expires" trigger. That was resolved in 3.7.0   Please upgrade to 3.7.2 that was released on 02-Dec-2022 to receive this fix.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Steve,

    Trust you are doing great.

As context to this subject, we have initiated a process to upgrade our environment as soon as possible as you suggested, but it could take a few months because of internal processes.
In the meantime, we tried a workaround to replace the taskTimeoutDays token for the endDate token, but instead of a date we get the name of the token as if it was incorrect.

Another detail, is that if we send this notification in the preview state of a certification campaign, this endDate token is replaced correctly.

Do you know by any chance if this error is related or if there is comething we might be doing wrong to use endDate token en the notification?

    Kind regards,
