UX: Configuring and testing collectors makes you scroll a lot

If you configure a collector, especially if you test something that requires you to run a test collection multiple times, you have to:

  1. scroll to the top to click save
  2. scroll to the bottom to click the test button

Would be nice if you could reduce scrolling activities. E.g. by moving the test button to the top.
