Entitlement Refresh scheduler

We upgraded to 4.8.4 and the entitlement refresh is not running automatically anymore.

It says it is scheduled to run every 240 minutes, but it just doesn't do anything. No errors in the idmapps.out.

When I start the refresh manually it runs fine. How can I get this scheduler to work?

We run in a windows environment.

I found after a reboot of the UserApplication the refresh runs once at starting time and then again after 240 minutes. And then never again. I will continue to look into this, but haven't found how this…

I will continue to look into this, but haven't found how this rescheduling works yet.
