I'm trying to list all the important changes in IDM in the last few versions so it's easier to get an overview instead of looking in all the docs:
From the overview you can then yourself go to the release notes for the particular version if you want more info.
To be fair all that info comes from the vendor docs, I just put them in one document for my own benefit 
If you were super ambitious you could also document the DirXML Script changes from the DTD page...
