CEF Reporting to show more useful information

Hi Micro Focus,

I have been asked to submit this enhancement as the product is designed to be able to do CEF reporting, but is not reporting crutial information regarding the error that is being logged,

For instance - there will be a veto during the creation policy and it will trigger a CEF report, but the report does not show the information required e.g. The USER that it was affecting,

We require the following:

- CEF eDirectory logs to be output
- CEF IDM log shows -8017 error log and include DN information,
