PowerRole automizes the import of your existing role models, resources and entitlements. In addition PowerRole allows the scheduled assignment of role and ressources to your employees.










You probably have spent a lot of time creating your enterprise role model. Now this new role model needs to be imported into your existing Identity Manager environment quickly and easily. Power Role allows the fully automated import of your role model from a CSV text file. This way new role models or modifications on your existing role model can be loaded easily and efficiently.






With the help of PowerRole you can load thousands of resources, roles and role inheritances within a few minutes in to your identity management system. Assign as many permissions, entitlements or resources to a role as you like. PowerRole supports the assignment of owners, categories and trustees to each role. Individual approval workflows and approvers may be assigned to roles and resources.Role import can be done on two modes, overwrite or modify. This way you're able to either replace or modify existing roles, resources and entitlements.






As you want to go productive with your RBAC projects existing access rights of users have to be transposed to roles. These initial roles have to be assigned to your employees. This can be a very tedious and time consuming task. With PowerRole you can load role assigments from a csv file. The scheduled assigments of roles is supported with individual start and and dates. Optionally you can even decide to individually deactivate or activate the role approval process, that is defined on each role.Role assignments can be done on two modes, "add" or "overwrite". This way you can assign hundreds of roles to thousands of users or modify existing role assignments within minutes.
