IDM 4.7.5 Support Notification


Hello everyone,

This post adds context to the recent support notification on IDM 4.7.5.

Reference: IDM 4.7 committed support ends on November 30, 2021.

What does this mean for customers?

We recommend that customers plan their upgrades to the latest supported release. The committed support end date for IDM 4.8 is extended by an additional year to November 2023. The lifecycle page will be updated soon.

Why are we doing this?

We believe we can better serve our customers with agility by enhancing the area of focus.

How will it help customers?

  • Faster enhancements
  • Improved administrative experience
  • Better deployment options, including "as a service" offering
