Add a drop down menu for the email domain when establishing an email address

It would be beneficial to have a drop down menu available in the 32 bit Console and Web Console for the email domain when establishing an email address for a user.

Use case: Often when the Administrators/Helpdesk establish an email address for a user they might mistype/misspell the email domain as this is a manual process. To avoid any human error, a drop down menu for the email domain would help to prevent this.

A typical example below where the email address is mistyped and ends with .co instead of .com
