DRA Patch Installs should indicate if they are for PowerShell Server or Client

Thanks for pointing this out. We will update all the patch documentation and will take care in the future. 


See status update history

The Release Notes for 10.1 patch 1 indicate that a couple of the REST files are updated, and says it contains a fix for the Set-DRAGroup cmdlet but does not indicate if that patch will need to be applied on the PowerShell client side, or just the REST server.
