DRA REST API Error handling and Warning responses back

As much as possible DRA’s REST API should respond with Error and Warning responses when wrong options are submitted, or spelling mistakes, or anything DRA API does not understand is received. Presently the API will actually complete and state it is/was successful when it actually is/was not successful.
