Currently each admin server needs to sync with the azure tenant. Each admin server already has MS LDS on it. It would be much more efficient to do the replication between servers rather than have each server maintain it's own view.

It seems like overkill to me to have a 150 megabyte (as of DRA 10.1 at least) MSI file with a custom transform (.mst) file just to deploy the DRA PowerShell module. It looks like the module files take up less than 10MB. Why not have a separate installer...
