PAM HA Linux server was not syncing all details and sometimes it showed offline.

PAM Version 4.x
High Availability in PAM is not working as data of primary framework manager is not getting completely sync with backup framework manager.
This could be due to server time issue, cache or firewall issue..
1) Check and make sure that the required ports are open
2) Check time or NTP should be configured on both servers
3) Please perform cache cleanup via Agent server > Package > Clear cache
4) Please clear the cache of primary and backup via console and specifically for regclnt module
If issue still can not be resolved please enable logging for PAM HA server based on the TID below.
