PlateSpinMigrateSetup-2020.5.0.336 install freezes on launch

Windows Server 2019, fresh build

Ran "Install PlateSpin Migrate Prerequisites.ps1" with no issue (ran with elevated privileges, rebooted)

PlateSpinMigrateSetup-2020.5.0.336 freezes the entire explorer window when launched. Tried running as administrator and normally.
