Currently, Win2012 ADMX has to be managed separately from Win2008R2 because there are 60 admx files with the same name, but the content is different i.e. Terminal-Server, Terminalserver-server, etc. When Central Store is updated with the newer Win2012 admx files, the policy settings for Win2008R2 (in these 60 template files) no longer are exposed for editing or vice versa.

We need ability to keep multiple OS-dependent ADMX templates in GPA regardless of the Central Store.
