Currently when you cut + paste and or copy a GPO from one category to the other GPA asks if you want to Link it. When you delete it asks if you want to delete this Link. Since Linking is an actual term and action for GPOs, this terminology should changed to say create a shortcut or a pointer in order to avoid confusion with actually Links of a GPO
