Add remove user from user group in pam command control using JSON Script

I want to add and remove user to usergroup, is there any JSON script or any other method, lets say I have a test user and wanna remove it from all the user groups, and the number of usergroup could be 10 or 100, in that case going each and every usergroup and removing that particular user is difficult

Please help with some script
