PAM emergency Access Failure

Dears,
kindly note that we have successfully registered a Host by installing the needed Agent on it and also configured it's related credentials in the Vault and this Host is online and being monitored normally.
However, then trying to access it via emergency access we are not able to reach it.
the error says that the computer cannot connect to the remote computer.
i have already made sure that we have a successful ping between PAM server and the agent and also the NetBIOSName matches the Resource Name in the Credential Vault.

please also note that we are able to audit this agent. (the access history is appearing in the admin dashboard)

can anyone please advise ?

    Is this for directRDP for Windows?  Have you recently upgraded to PAM 4.1?  If you have upgraded recently, do you have the troubleshoot user defined in the registry?

     

    Could you provided some more information on the version of PAM as well as the method you are using to connect to this server?
