Why the Windows agent block RDP connections?

Hello,

We have a customer when try to connect to windows server via RDP and fail.

Do not exist RDP Relay Command rules and the rest of rules is disable, but the agent on windows server is active, but this is normal.

For help to our client, we proceeded to disable the PAM service on the server where the agent is installed. Then the customer made the RDP connections and successful.
