PAM 410-User has already got the database locked

I have PAM 4.1.0 in SLES 15

I configured some rules (for linux) in the control command with the user "esilva". These rules are still working.

Some time has passed and I have re-entered PAM with the "admin" user, but when I try to create new rules, I cannot and I see this message in PAM console.

User esilva has already got the database locked (since Wed Jun 22 11:56:49 2022)

is there a way to solve this?

    Hi

Try stopping and restarting the pam service

    To stop the Framework process:

    /etc/init.d/npum stop

    To start the Framework process:

    /etc/init.d/npum start

Once completed i would check to see if the issue is resolved if not i would recommend opening a ticket with support

For resolve this, You should check the option "Transaction Settings/Enable Transaction (uncheck)"

    Note:

You can configure the Command Control Manager to use the Transactions feature when configuring Command Control rules.

You can also configure the Commit Transaction page that can be used for committing a transaction. The data entered on the Commit Transaction page is displayed in Compliance Auditor.
