PAM doesn't SSO a the user after uncheck NLA

Hi

I have an issue related to NLA unchecked

I unchecked NLA to use RDP Relay with pam 4.2

the session using RDP Relay is opened but PAM doesn't SSO the user even i tried it from web RDP

any hint or any information that can help to know why PAM stopped to SSO user after unchecking NLA
