WIn2019 install pam4.2 manager...then could not logon desktop

Hi All

     I install new win2019 server as NPAM manager , and it has updat ethe latest windows patch.

then I install NPAM 4.2 manager software (no agent install), no any warning or error occur.and I disable windows firewall for testing easily.

But after reboot...I find I could not logon windows local conosole.

I revert to clear OS status (I take a snapshot before install NPAM manager), and install manager to verify this issue.

Yes...this issue indeed occur after install manager sopftware..

Does this condition is normal ?? and How to let me login windows 2019 local console at this time ?
