    HI All

I recheck admin document...it seem has prerequire: install Agentless module (and if linux plateform also need some OS package install.)

when I completed these prerequire , the resource show well.

But When I click them , no matter WebRDP or WebSSH...same show disconnect by admin.

Whether I need did extra setting to connect well ??

    Hi

        I mis-understand your mean.

    I saw the TID docment (  portal.microfocus.com/.../KM000004628 )

manager record should be resolved or add it on hosts on workstation that usersuccess  open browse to connect myaccess page.

Yes, I have success  connect target windows device by using RDP relay.
