Screen Resolution issue on web RDP over PAM?

Hi Team,

We have installed the PAM 4.3 in a customer environment and configured the WebRDP for Windows servers access. But we observed that there is screen resolution issue, but resolution is perfectly fine on normal RDP. Screenshot attached for this issue.

    Hi Tirthankar,

    What browser are you using? is it at the latest release.

    Can you also clear any browser cache and try again.

    I would recommend opening a case with support so a session could be done to troubleshoot the issue.

    I have tried with latest version of Google Chrome and Firefox, and also I have cleared the browser cache. But issue is remains same.

    I think I have resolve this issue. My work around is, I have disabled the Use hardware acceleration when available from Google Chrome browser setting. After that no screen resolution issue have been found. Requesting other community members those who are facing the same kind of issue, please try this work around.

    I have onboarded agentless servers like (Window, Linux) and when I access them it shows Black screen. 

    Have you faced the same problem in your environment? For that have you installed .JNLP file to run in chrome. If yes can you guide for the same.
