RDP web Session for Windows

Hi to all,

i have problems with my access resources, the resources type is windows host.

I installed all packages, i can see all the resources in "My Access" Tab but i can't see the RDP web session of my Agent Windows to "Active Sessions".

Someone can help me?

    Hi Federico,

    Try clearing the cache in the browser and see if it helps if not could you open a case with support so we can help on a remote session
