Hello there,
I'm having an question regarding Windows block command in PAM 4.3.
From an older discussion ((1) Windows block command - PAM User Discussions - NetIQ Privileged Account Manager (microfocus.com)) I found two links as follows:
1. Advanced Configurations - Privileged Account Manager Administration Guide (netiq.com)
2. Privileged Account Manager 4.0 Release Notes (netiq.com)
From which can I conclude like following:
1. Real-Time Application Control before execution is available with Linux agents and not with windows agents.
2. In Windows we have enhanced Access Control which can set block on {Read | Write | Delete} for one/more constant path to a file/Folder. And blocking the 'Execute' part
Your to-the-point answer is gracefully accepted.
Thanks,
RAJ
