how to force the user to access the target for a predefined time (TTL)

-when the user access a request for ex: 4 hrs but I want to make a predefined value (TTL) for ex: 1 hrs .

-when the time (TTL) 1 hrs finish then the session dissconnect.

- is this option exists?
