Emergency Access Issue

Dears,

Please note after setting up the hosts in PAM, and the Active directory, I am trying to access the server through Emergency Access.

After receiving the approval from the admin, the Windows machine is appearing on my access.

When I download it and launch it , I receive the attached error.

Please advise.

    There are a few potential issues here that are covered in TID 7017886 - RDP Relay Error: "This computer can't connect to the remote computer." Please take a look and go through each of the suggested steps to validate the configuration.
