After PAM 4.0 Upgrade from 3.70-2 LDAP authentication for NetIQ eDirectory Not working. Any Idea?

After upgrading from PAM Manager 3.7.0-2 to 4.0, user authentication for NetIQ eDirectory LDAP User authentication is not working in new myaccess console, however old admin console same user getting authenticated successfully. We tried to remove old LDAP server details added freshly, still issue remained same. We tried upgrading from 4.0 to 4.0-1 the issue remained same. LDAP authentication in new UI (MyAccess) Console not working.

    Are you seeing any requests from the user in the trace logs of your LDAP server?

    No .. there is no trace log on LDAP server, when trying to login in New MyAccess page using eDirectory user, however when logging in old PAM admin console, user is able to login also in LDAP trace log are generating, 

    After rollback to version 3.7.0-2, both consoles logins are perfectly working.
