Summary
RDP session was not visible in my Access page.

Environment
NetIQ PAM 4.2

Situation
Windows session was not visible under windows tab in my Access page. RDP relay policy was configured using Command Control.

Cause
Below are the possible causes:

1. The value of command field in RDP policy in command control should be RDP Session
2. RDP policy has stopped working

Resolution
1. Create a new RDP policy which has same value for all the fields of problematic policy.
2. Disable the problematic RDP policy
3. Verify if command in RDP policy is selected as RDP Session
