this is a message in a bottle...
Since several months now, all my reports (customs and defaults) disappeared from Sentinel web interface (appliance 8.4.0.0).
This happens "suddenly" means not after any update/upgrade.
Web Interface -> Reports and Searches -> View -> All -> Show All Reports and Search
Fact :
- reboot did not solve anything
- if I query using API's I see all my report
- all scheduled reports are still running
- I am unable to create/add new report
- If I try to create a new report based on a search query "save as report" the dialog box does not permit to "save" my choices(button remains grey).
- If I try to "create new report" the "based on" dialog propose me a well populate list (ISO27002, Network, Sentinel Core...), but "Create" remains grey.
Any ideas/advises are welcome.
PS : an SR has been open but support seems running in circle on that one.
