Dynamic list synchronizing Data

ask a old sentinel issue.

My lab sentinel 7.x , the is seem server..crash 

so I use backup_util.sh to restore backup file...

it seem work fine. but I find Dynamic list always show "Data Synchronizing " even I reboot or keep stay one day.

the status still keep Data synchronizing....I could not delete them or modify..

But I could add new list.

Who has similar experience could tech me how to fix it or clear them (I know these data exist map_data folder...so I could re-create them....but I need to know fix or clear)
