New SuSE patch require

Hi 

   Customer security admin send a mail to require senitnel and collector manager to need install 2 security patch for SLES 12SP5

libtasn1-6 >= 4.9-3.13.1

libksba8 >= 1.3.0-24.3.1

but I check the my latest sentinel appliance (8.5.1.0 which update by using 8.5.1.0 patchCD) these rpm version seem not match requirement

Customer security policy deny internel access and he has no suse manager inside.

 Which method or website that I could get these security updates??
