sentinel appliance firewall close all port

Hi All

    Today, I upgrade sentinel appliance from 8.5.0.1 to 8.5.1.1 version.

after reboot...customer could not login by using SSH and 8443 webconsle could not connet. extra collector manager appliance (also upgrade to 8.5.1.1) unable to connect TCP 61616

Because customer manage privilege account by using Microfocus NPUM product...so we could not login localhost defaul.

when I checkout password from NPUM...I disable FW...all services could work been connect well. so the root cause it firewall issue.

but we do not configure firewall anysetting...it using appliance default setting...

custgomer has other sentinel appliances which are same version. but no such issue.

who has similar experience could provide kindly ??(Now I disable F.W service to let sentinel service could been connected).
