Sentinel SCC stuck

Hi All

Recently, I upgrader my senitnel 8.5.1 to 8.6 server , it seem work fine.

But I find a issue that I try to create SCC.

I have upgrade my Jre to latest version (1.8U381) , then run SCC....it stuck on this screenshot like below:

Who have same experience about sentinel 8.6 ?

Hi Yesterday, My colleague tell he could open SCC well , I compare both desktop to get differeent point.. I find the Jre I use 1.8u341...he use latest u381. I try to uninstall my jre1.8u341 then…

Please check the logfiles in %USERPROFILE\.novell\sentinel\log

Hi

I have chaneg setting by this KM ....add TLDv1.3 and restart service.

but it still stuck , I also provide this log after I change this setting.

I try to uninstall my jre1.8u341 then install the same version (u381) then open the scc which I could not use.

it could show login well.

sentinel 8.6 require which update version of jre1.8 ??
