How to add "TargetDataName" to a agent Manager filter rule ?

HI 

    I using agent manager to collect windows event.

I want to create a filter to exclude username/TargetDataName....

I find the filter support user name attribute like below:

But About TargetDataName

I do not know which paramter that I could use to mappint this attribute.

Which document or link have such information ??
