As a first port of call I might look at an <F12> browser trace of the failing server.  Perhaps even compare to a working trace.

Also, I note there are a few gwt.rpc files deployed by the sentinel.war archive into sentinel.tmp, but this archive should get deleted and re-extracted on every restart (might depend on the version of Sentinel).  Again, might be worth comparing bad with good.

Another item about [Importing the Digitally Signed Certificates into Sentinel]

I create another case to support...it work fine just TCP8443 (I had replace 8443 web certificate)...not relate TCP9443...

The /var/opt/novell/sentinel/3rdparty/jetty/webapps/sentinel.war web archive gets unpacked at startup to sentinel.tmp.  When you shutdown Sentinel the the sentinel.tmp folder should get removed.  I don't know how the files in here would relate to your issue, but those were the only ones I could see relating to .gwt.rpc.

I had test restart senitnel to verify web(TCP8443) replaced certificate...and then reboot appliance.

so as your informaiton...these folder/files should be removed..

But I still saw the same error message.
