Help Desk Module: Default View Preference

The help desk module in SSPR used to return only a list view when searching for users. There is now a tile view that offers a picture, but much less information. Our service desk is requesting that we make the list view default, but we found no area to configure that at a global level. Similarly, users of the help desk module can select the list view, but it does not appear to be remembered upon next login. That would be nice.
