Voltage Secure Mail for Outlook not showing send secure button

I just called support and they said that Micro Focus and Voltage are parting ways and no longer offering support at the moment.  The support rep directed me here.

We are a "secure mail cloud edition" customer but unique in that we have an on-prem server.  We run VDI clients and one of the VDI pools has broken recently and the "Send Secure" button in outlook 2016 no longer shows, but the Voltage Add-in is present in outlook.  I've gathered logs and reset the client and removed and re-installed on the gold image but it's still not showing up.

Have no idea who can help us at this point.

      It appears someone clearly misspoke.  Micro Focus and Voltage continue to remain together.  I've been able to locate your account in our system.  I'm currently getting a case logged for you and will have someone from the Support team reach out to assist you with your issue.
