Summary
When the email identity verification link is clicked the first time, an error is received saying the link is not valid

Situation
Error when clicking on the email identity verification link for the first time
Error is "requested link is not valid"

Cause
Security products like SafeLinks or MimeCast or similar products read the link before the user can click on it. The link is for one time use only so it will be invalid

Resolution
An exception will need to be made in those products to exclude the emails containing the email identity verification link.
